Shipping
Standard shipping is $5.00 plus GST and for orders over $150.00 shipping is free. Express shipping is now also available.
For standard shipping please allow 5-10 days delivery time, you will be sent the tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO Boxes.
Pre-orders
If you order another in-stock item your entire order will not be shipped until the pre-order pieces arrive. Some exclusions apply.
Once your order has been confirmed, your order is then successful in our system, and cannot be shipped or combined with any other orders. We are also unable to adjust or add items to an order once it has successfully processed.
Returns
We can accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your order. A refund will be issued - all items must be packaged in original packaging and be in perfect condition on return. If items are returned without the original packaging or damaged we reserve the right to refuse the full refund.
We recommend you using a registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Please note returns sent via Australia Post to our warehouse cannot be accepted.
Please contact info@marmosetfound.com.au before sending any returns we will then provide you with a return address and exact instructions.
If items arrive damaged please contact us at info@marmosetfound.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order - please include photos of the damages.
If an item becomes out of stock, we will offer a substitute or refund to your account.
