Our glassware is made by hand and may have variations in each piece.
Tip: Oxidisation of brass can tarnish this piece - this is a natural phenomenon when exposed to air and touch and means each piece will look slightly different. It can easily be removed by cleaning and polishing with a brass cleaner.
Please note we do not deliver to parcel lockers or PO Boxes.
We can accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your order. A refund or credit will be issued - all items must be packaged in original packaging and be in perfect condition on return. If items are returned without the original packaging or damaged we reserve the right to refuse the full refund.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
